CDC - Sap Guardian

Here is my entry for the "Elemental Guardian" character design challenge. This sap guardian protects the forest, feeds insects and regenerates dying plants. Her body continuously produces small spirits made of sap that can fuse together and cling to the debris of the forest to create their bodies. She considers them her children and they help her to protect nature.
Her dress is inspired by the Junihitoe of the Heian era in Japan.
